What do you like best about Stockpress?

Stockpress is incredibly easy to use, and their UI is beautiful. Our design team used Google Drive to store all of our stock images before Stockpress. Searching through hundreds of images was a pain, but hey, it was free. Now that we have Stockpress, we will never go back! The auto-tagging, image search and filters is unmatched. What used to be minutes of endless scrolling to find the perfect stock image is now seconds. Our second favorite feature is the ability to export images in other formats *jpg, png, webp) and set preset download sizes. Not having download an image and then open up Photoshop also saves a vast amount of time. The time-back that Stockpress has given us allows us to focus more on our clients and creative work. What do you dislike about Stockpress?

I honestly don't see a downside to Stockpress. One little quirk is when you export an image as a different format, the image name includes the old extension. For example: brooklyn-sunset-park-row-houses-street-view.jpg.webp. Changing the filename is still faster than converting the image on my own. The fact that I had to nitpick to find something tells you how wonderful Stockpress is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ian Parkes of Stockpress

Thank you so much for such a thoughtful review. Hearing that your team "will never go back" after moving from Google Drive is incredibly rewarding.

One of the reasons we built Stockpress was because we knew creative teams were spending far too much time searching for content instead of creating it. Whether it's AI-powered tagging, visual search, filters, or searching across filenames, descriptions, and metadata, our goal has always been to help teams find the right asset in seconds rather than minutes.

We're also delighted to hear how much value you're getting from image format conversion and preset download sizes. It's one of those features that quietly removes repetitive steps from a designer's day, and it's great to know it's saving your team from constantly jumping into Photoshop for simple export tasks. Every small workflow improvement adds up, and giving creative teams more time to focus on their work is exactly what we hope to achieve.

Thank you as well for pointing out the filename quirk when exporting in a different format. That's a really helpful observation, and it's the kind of refinement we love to make. We appreciate you taking the time to share it.

Most of all, we're thrilled that Stockpress is helping your designers spend less time managing files and more time creating great work for your clients. That's exactly why we built it, and we're grateful you've chosen Stockpress as your Digital Asset Management platform.
