"Not just a migration partner. Stitch made my team Braze power users."

What do you like best about Stitch?

They teach as they build. The Stitch team sat next to us, learned our data and its nuances, and came back with creative solutions and took the time to explain how and why they worked. My team and I became power users in a matter of weeks, and we're equipped to keep scaling on our own.

They also built tooling for us from scratch. One example is an API-connected tool that links directly into our Braze Catalogs, which streamlines our dev work and will make future builds much easier to scale.

The people are a big part of this. They were kind, patient, and understanding, even when things got hard. A few people deserve a specific callout:

- Tatum was our Solutions Architect at the start of the engagement and is wicked smart. She asked great questions, helped set the foundation for the whole project, and used new Braze features to bring our detailed use cases to life.

- Vinca and Shan were a power duo on our Master Template and the hundreds of templates we migrated. We threw a lot at them, and they handled it in stride. The result is the base of all our outreach today.

- John kept the train on the tracks. He brought calm, positive energy, knew who to pull in, kept dates on track, and was a bridge across both teams. This project would not have been nearly as successful without him.

- Michael and Jaron, our Solutions Architects, solved years-old problems we'd felt in SFMC. They listened to our pain points, built solutions, advised on canvas structure, made sure reporting landed where it needed to, and left my team with the tools to keep scaling. What do you dislike about Stitch?

The start of the engagement was a little bumpy. Because of the complexity of our project, I don't think we had all the right Stitch partners involved at first, and that caused some friction early on. To Stitch's credit, they took our feedback seriously. We worked together to find the right fits, and once the right team was in place, the work moved quickly and the quality was excellent.

If I could change one thing, it would be getting the right mix of skills and experience in place from day one. That is as much on us to define clearly as it is on Stitch to staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Stitch:

- Be upfront about how complex your data and use cases are, and ask who specifically from Stitch will be on your team. The fit of the individuals matters a lot.

- Give feedback early and directly. Stitch listens and acts on it.

- Show up as a partner. You'll get the most out of the engagement if your team joins the planning and working sessions and learns alongside them.

- Bring your historical pain points. That's where Stitch adds the most value, well beyond the migration itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Stitch solving and how is that benefiting you?

We brought Stitch in to help us move onto Braze, but the real value was what they helped us do once we got there. Our data model is complex, and we carry years of problems from SFMC that we had learned to work around. Stitch didn't port that over as-is. They helped us decide what to carry forward, what to rebuild properly, and how to use Braze to finally solve them.

We started with the foundation: data architecture, profile deduplication, and subscription syncs. From there, Stitch helped us build a Liquid-powered Master Template that now powers hundreds of emails across dozens of campaigns, and plan IP warming and domain health ahead of go-live. We then migrated campaigns in waves, starting with the most business-critical, and connected the tools around them, including Lob for direct mail. Where Braze couldn't do something out of the box, they found workarounds that scale rather than quick fixes. Training ran through all of it, and we hit our SFMC cutover deadline. We did all of this side by side, with my team in the room for the planning, strategy, and hands-on build work.

The payoff is a cleaner data foundation, a template system that saves my team dozens of hours a week, and a team that can run Braze with confidence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
