What do you like best about Stitch?

The people and the partnership. Rachel LaFreniere has been a fantastic lead and consistently brings together the right people, ideas, and expertise to help us move the work forward. The team combines strong strategic thinking with real technical depth, and they’ve set a high bar for how AI capabilities can be thoughtfully applied within Lifecycle and CRM. I’d highly recommend Stitch to teams looking for a partner that can operate across both strategy and solutioning, particularly within Lifecycle, CRM, data, and AI. They take the time to understand the business problem, challenge the thinking when appropriate, and then help translate the strategy into something practical and scalable. Stitch helps us solve complex Lifecycle and CRM Growth Marketing challenges across strategy, technology, data, and execution. They’ve been especially valuable in helping us think through how we evolve our capabilities beyond traditional CRM, including journey orchestration, personalization, measurement, and the practical application of AI.
