Recommendations to others considering Stitch:
Get them embedded on your team. Give them laptops and access to the same tools your team uses so they see exactly what you see. It makes a real difference in how fast they can work and how well they understand your setup.

Bring them in as a partner, not just extra hands. You'll get the most out of them if you let them into the strategy, not only building.

Clearly understand what you need to do, and don't over complicate things.

Push on staffing continuity up front. The value depends a lot on who's on your account, so agree on the key people and work to keep them in place.

Use them to build your own team's skills, not just to offload work. Their training and certification is where a lot of the long-term value is. If you only use them to execute, you'll stay dependent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What problems is Stitch solving and how is that benefiting you?
Stitch has been our partner across the full move to Braze. They started with our marketing email program and migrated all 44 of our campaigns into the platform, across multiple marketplaces and languages. That meant rebuilding templates, setting up our segmentation and governance, and moving our campaign tracking off SharePoint onto something more reliable. Once the builds were done, they shifted into maintenance and optimization, so the program kept improving instead of just going live and stalling. That work set the foundation for everything since.

Braze University has been one of the most valuable pieces for us. Stitch designed and ran the program and certified 48 of our 51 people, past the goal we set of 50. They didn't stop at the basics. They opened up an advanced studies path for the people who needed to go deeper, and stood up a builder learning path on our wiki that the team still uses as a reference. As new groups come onto the platform, like our lifecycle marketers and Product Ops, Stitch keeps building curriculum for them, including hands-on sessions like Liquid fundamentals. We came out of it with a team that can build and troubleshoot in Braze on its own, which is exactly what we needed to move off depending on the vendor for every change.

From there they took on our transactional and triggered email migration across all marketplaces. It's a big program, and my team didn't have the capacity to take it on alone. They built a real QA and UAT process, so we have consistent gates on what goes out to customers. When our internal builders get stretched, Stitch steps in on QA, segmentation, and builds to keep us on track. We have live, stable campaigns running today, and IP warming is on track across regions.

Their weekly status is clear. They flag risks early, name owners and due dates, and bring decisions to us instead of letting things slip. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
