They are proactive in bringing solutions and recommendations, easy to work with, and consistently willing to partner through challenges to get to the best outcome. What do you dislike about Stitch?

What problems is Stitch solving and how is that benefiting you?

Stitch is helping us streamline CRM campaign execution and operational processes within Braze. Their team provides technical expertise, campaign build support, QA, and strategic guidance, allowing our team to focus more on planning, optimization, and business priorities rather than day-to-day execution.

The biggest benefit has been improved efficiency, stronger partnership, and increased confidence in execution. Stitch is proactive, responsive, and willing to collaborate on process improvements, which has helped us standardize ways of working and support our broader goals around automation and personalization.
