What problems is Sterling CMMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

For me as an HR Sterling CMMS had been a game-changer for managing background checks. It keeps everything organized in one place, so I don’t have to chase people or worry about missing steps. The automation is a huge time-saver, and it’s great knowing that sensitive documents are stored securely., having clear, trackable progress makes the whole process feel smoother and more efficient.
