We are currently using step functions in our project where we have a requirement of invoking multiple lambda functions in a single task on the basic multiple if and else conditions. It gives graph which helps us in identifying where is the error and what's the status of the execution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really don't see much wrong about step function because recently they release alias feature which is helpful. Sometimes step function UI is laggy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
