I love how easy Stensul is to use. The UX is very intuitive and easy to navigate. They are always making improvements to the UX based on customer feedback. It integrates very easily with Marketo and SFDC. Uploading emails to your MAP is very simple. Their customer support is very quick to respond and help resolve any issues that come up. The reporting and analytics could stand to be improved. It's difficult to determine the amount of time between creation and upload times and how it changes over time without speaking with your CSM.
