What do you like best about Steerlab?

In IT services sales, the RFP volume can be relentless security questionnaires, technical proposals, vendor assessments, all landing at the same time. What I like most about Steerlab is that it actually keeps up. It pulls relevant answers from our own verified content, not generic filler, and the quality is good enough that most responses need only a light edit before they're ready. The interface is clean and the team got comfortable with it fast. No lengthy rollout, no resistance from the team just people using it because it genuinely makes their day easier. What do you dislike about Steerlab?

When exporting with structured templates, the formatting sometimes shifts slightly, which ends up costing me a few extra minutes to fix before I can send it out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Steerlab solving and how is that benefiting you?

Proposal work was killing us. We were spending hours just chasing people down, collecting answers from all over the place, and somehow things still didn’t match up half the time. Meanwhile, real deals were getting pushed to the back burner. Steerlab fixed that. Now everything lives in one place, the right people get looped in without us having to constantly bug them, and we’re moving a lot faster.
