It takes the complexity of EDI and simplifies it. The complexity of EDI can bother newcomers such as myself. I stepped into a world of pain without knowing what I was up against. Not only would I have had to orchestrate interpreting EDI in whatever programming language I was using, I'd have to then figure out how to how to handle dispatching and managing responses.

None of that was required. Literally within minutes I could receive an 856 and trigger a JavaScript function that sent the translated EDI wherever I wanted. Truly remarkable.

If I had to draw out a negative about Stedi I'd say that there are elements of the UI that could improve. The good news is that their team is constantly improving the UX and whatever rough patches you experience are likely to get resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
