While significant progress has been made with the v2 API, API support for incident templates is still lacking. This functionality would greatly improve our automation capabilities. Since Statuspal is so responsive in user feedback I wouldnt even count this as a real dislike as I can count on them to deliver on it in near future and it wont even be a dislike at that point.
