What do you like best about StatusDashboard?

StatusDashboard is a robust collaborative platform where we can update stakeholders with real-time updates.

Each status dashboard is fully-customizable & we can specify our application run-time status, impacted services, maintenance schedule and performance evaluations.

Through administrative portal, we can effectively track all activity logs & we can utilize different content modules to highlight upcoming & ongoing maintenance activities.

Its documentation is also well-structured for providing easy onboarding with its services and integration with our web applications for periodic evaluations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StatusDashboard?

Its User Interface is one area which would need enhancements. It's relatively outdated when compared with other real-time communication platforms.

Improving the UI will allow associates & stakeholders to have ease of implementation & seamless navigation interactions in StatusDashboard platform.

The rest of the services offered are helpful in conveying brief information to both internal teams and stakeholders.

Customer support offered is also great & we can easily update the incident details, off-business hours support and primary point of contact information in its collaborative platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is StatusDashboard solving and how is that benefiting you?

We make use of StatusDashboard to share real-time updates about the various operational status of our web applications within our teams & our clients.

Since it offers plenty of features to customize our status page, we can easily align our business metrics with our customer expectations.

It actively helps us monitor the status of each component of our procurements & we can provide insights on the upcoming maintenance activities to our stakeholders with a few clicks.

While creating incidents for any ongoing maintenance activities, we can include granular specifications such as call-to-action protocols, performance evaluations, navigating to a particular dashboard to do RCA, best practices and primary & secondary point of contact details.
