What do you like best about Statusbrew?

Statusbrew has been reliable, easy to use, and significantly more stable than our previous social media management platform. It helps our team efficiently manage moderation and social media workflows with minimal issues. Their AI support, responsive customer support team, and well organized knowledge base have also been exceptional and make it easy to get help whenever needed. What do you dislike about Statusbrew?

There is very little to dislike about Statusbrew based on our experience. The occasional disconnections we encounter are typically related to Meta platform updates rather than Statusbrew itself. If I had to identify an area for improvement, it would be adding more advanced customization and reporting options, but overall the platform has been reliable and meets our team's needs very well.
