"Reliable Social Media Management With Custom Reports and Great Support"

What do you like best about Statusbrew?

I like that it is a good, reliable social media management platform. Apart from posting, scheduling and engaging. Overall, it is a great platform for content management (similar to Sprout). Additionally, I can easily build reports and customise them to my ideal settings, similar to Tableau Software but an easier way to built reports. The team at Statusbrew has also been swift and very kind whenever assisting with enquiries.

Also, we have two Japan teams in Otaru and Kyoto, and the Japanese language feature has been amazing for them! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Statusbrew?

There's not much negative aspects about Statusbrew. Probably in the posting feature where I'm unable to add audios to static IG images, IG stories, or do collaborative post on Facebook but to no fault to the team as it's more so an API issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Statusbrew solving and how is that benefiting you?

Initially, when we have transition from Sprout Social, we needed a social media platform with key features like supplying reliable reporting data, seamless content scheduling and competitive analysis. Hence, we were looking for a suitable alternative platform and found Statusbrew.

After around a year of using the platform, my teams and I are all happy to continue using it. The platform has been very helpful with content management, data analysis, reporting and engagements. Moreover, their support team has been an absolute delight! They are all kind and patient whenever assisting my team with enquiries and I greatly appreciate it.
