"Next-Level Partnership and a Truly Customizable Platform"

What do you like best about Statquestions CX Intelligence Platform?

Thanks to the great team behind the platform, it is very customizable to fit our business. The user interface and experience is exactly what we need to drive action in our organization. While working with internal data can often times be messy, they have been a great partner throughout the integration of our data. The partnership and dedication to doing things the right way cannot be matched. It really is next level partnership without giving up the level of technology and data validation. What do you dislike about Statquestions CX Intelligence Platform?

The only downside that we have found is that since it is customizable several times while the Evaltour team is pushing updates it can display oddly on our user interface. We didn't see this in our other software companies, but the other companies were unwilling to customize the system for us! I can't say enough good things about the software and team. What problems is Statquestions CX Intelligence Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Since the beginning, our company's CX program has been dependent on survey responses. We had transactional survey and our big project was the annual relational survey. While these are methods that we will more than likely continue pursuing as needed, it is not where the bulk of our voice of the customer data will come from. Also, the surveys were extremely dependent on if we had accurate contact information for our customers. With the StatQ methods we are pursuing, we can get all of the identifiers in the interactions without relying on contact data to be updated and cleaned in Salesforce. Additionally, we are a company who needs the "right" targets defined. Thanks to this software, we can set targets that reflect what would allow us to get aligned with our customer's expectations.
