How smart it is, its integrations are great and it allows you to create rules and have a product catalogue. But the best part is to be able to talk to someone when something is not quite right and get an answer from a human. It's not super cheap, but it's worth it because it simplifies the shipping labels and booking process a lot. It would also be better if it had a "booked stage" that one could filter by to do mass printing of labels instead of printing one by one, or if you are printing labels multiple times a day without having to sort through the ones you have already printed to print in bulk.
