"Huge Time-Saver: Accurate Prefilled Invoices and Strong Duplicate Detection"

What do you like best about Stampli?

I like when Billy the Bot prefills invoices with the correct information!! It saves us so much time when we are swamped. I also like when it has the pop up feature at the top of the invoice saying it is the first time we are receiving an invoice from the vendor and when it notifies us that we should probably take a closer look at the details. Stampli is very accurate when catching duplicate invoices which helps us avoid paying the vendor twice. For the most part Stampli is very accurate when it comes to having the cost of the invoice listed. Very helpful software! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stampli?

There are two things that I would say need some work and make things a little tedious. One is that the cost is sometimes incorrect when we receive an invoice with multiple pages (long invoices) I have to usually go to the last page of the invoice and edit it in Stampli. Second thing is that when Billy the Bot automatically adds a PO on an invoice that is supposed to be a pay direct invoice and we go to delete the PO, mark it as a pay direct, save the changes, move it to another tray (pay direct tray) Billy the bot does not save the changes it adds the PO back. What problems is Stampli solving and how is that benefiting you?

Stampli has helped by removing a lot of the guesswork. Stampli used to add the incorrect vendor, not add the client on an invoice, and it would occasionally mark an invoice as a duplicate when it was not one. Since Billy the Bot has implemented changes specifically towards these issues it has made processing invoices so much easier!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
