They are extremely helpful, kind, responsive, fix issues quickly and are even game for teaming up to take on our ATS to create a better integration that works the way we want it to. **What do you dislike about Staffing Referrals?** Having to constantly monitor our lists to see if the referrals are eligible, and communications - since its not with our normal automation platform, it is something we haven't focused on yet (so I dislike it right now only because we have yet to really dug into it). **What problems is Staffing Referrals solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before Staffing Referrals, we couldn't give you a proper measurement of how many of our placements came from referrals, we couldn't even put together a solid number for how much we spent in referral bonuses.
