What do you like best about StaffCircle - Performance Management Platform?

It's easy to use and has many very useful features. We are using the performance reviews module initially and this is simple to use and provides us with a great tool to introduce more of a continuous approach to how we support and develop performance and wellbeing. The objectives tool is very useful too as is the ability to create worksheets and allocate tasks to people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StaffCircle - Performance Management Platform?

I would the ability to set up recurring reviews several months ahead to help with planning dates in diaries Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is StaffCircle - Performance Management Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had no data on people and performance. We now have data that shows us who is having 121 reviews and who has and is working on objectives. This insight will help us support and develop leader capability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
