"Made the Switch from Centro, Haven't Looked Back"
What do you like best about StackAdapt?

Coming from Centro, StackAdapt is a breath of fresh air. Not only is the interface more inviting, it's far more intuitive and user friendly than Centro and other DSPs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

The targeting parameters aren't always clear. I'm hopeful that "and/or" layering will be added to the platform in the near future, and the third-party datasets do leave a little to be desired. These are things that I'm optimistic that will improve over time, but for heavy power-users, this may be a major hurdle for switching to StackAdapt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Vitaly Pecherskiy of StackAdapt

Greg, thank you so much for taking the time to review our platform! It means a lot to us to hear that you love working with us and using our product. You mentioned that we could do better on the reporting front, and it’s something that we knew needed work too. Last month we introduced a powerful consolidated Reporting destination, so I hope it addresses your previous challenges and you have a chance to use it in the near future! Thanks again for taking the time to provide the feedback!

"StackAdapt Review"
What do you like best about StackAdapt?

I like how helpful the account executives are setting up the campaigns and making sure we are spending on our PMP deals. They also give great suggestions to make sure the money clears before the election. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

I don't like how many categories there are on the left hand side of the platform. For me, I only use a few when creating the campaigns and advertisers so with so many listed I feel like it looks cluttered. If we could maybe remove the ones we don't use that could be helpful. "Intuitive Platform with Fantastic Support and Client-Boosting Solutions"
What do you like best about StackAdapt?

- The team support has been fantastic, every time we've had an issue or question they've been on hand to help.

- The platform is intuitive, our team are able to pick up new elements of the platform very easily

- New solutions like engagement lift have been exceptionally helpful for our clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

None come to mind - however I have not used other DSPs before so have limited experience. As someone who hasn't used DSPs, I found this exceptionally easy to use and learn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best DSP I Have Tried Thus Far for Multi-Channel Marketing"
What do you like best about StackAdapt?

I work at a marketing agency and we use StackAdapt regularly. I like that it coalesces a lot of different channel options in one place, allowing us to run OTT and CTV, Display, Digital OOH, streaming audio, and podcast bumpers all from one place. The interface is pretty easy to use, and their support is excellent, which isn't something I find with Google Ads or Facebook. The third-party audiences are quite powerful with a lot of placement options, giving me confidence that our ads are appearing on sites people actually visit. Also, I value the third-party audiences because they let me target audience segments with verified data that are difficult to find on platforms like Meta Ads. The forecasting tools are also invaluable, helping to give budget recommendations to clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

The user interface has a lot of options and a lot of different things to check or select. Which is good for control and granularity but can be intimidating if you are new to the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Game-Changer in Customer Service and Campaign Support"
What do you like best about StackAdapt?

I really appreciate StackAdapt's customer service. It's been a game changer for us to have someone available to talk things through and assist with projections and providing new ideas. Having a live person to speak to is very helpful, especially compared to previous experiences where we didn't get responses. The process of setting up StackAdapt was also very easy, thanks to the support of a former employee who is now with them, making the transition pretty seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

I think there's some technical things that we're working through with them, but I think as they grow, they're catching up and always taking recommendations on what could be changed. Everything that we have run into has been handled. There was a frequency issue, being able to stack frequencies on a daily, monthly, weekly basis, and across the campaign as something they didn't have before, but they have put into practice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Versatile Platform with Great Support"
What do you like best about StackAdapt?

I love the versatility StackAdapt provides in inventory, allowing us to serve a variety of different ad types. The wide array of audience and prospecting tools, like third-party segments, is something I really appreciate as it helps us reach segments we couldn't on other platforms. I also like the creative builder and reporting functionalities. The ability to build display ads directly in the platform without requiring extensive effort to build inventory is a significant plus. Additionally, our account team is super helpful in navigating any hurdles, which made the setup experience great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

I think it could be super helpful for the platform to have some type of AI integration that would allow some kind of optimizationn scoring on the campaign to help us drive more useful creatives and strategies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Baileigh Thompson Stack Adapt Review"
What do you like best about StackAdapt?

I use StackAdapt for planning and placing programmatic ads for my social impact agency, and I appreciate the planning and forecasting tool function which allows me to plan quickly in tight turnaround situations. I like working with the StackAdapt team; they are incredibly responsive, helpful, and make sense of the confusing tools in the platform. I really like that we can place digital OOH with StackAdapt, which is a unique selling point we can offer clients without tons of back and forth. The initial setup of StackAdapt was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

The forecasting tool reach does not feel reflective of reality. Also, when combining data segments, the time feels very long to get an audience count. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Precise B2B Targeting with an Intuitive UI and Flexible Reporting"
What do you like best about StackAdapt?

What I like best about StackAdapt is the balance between targeting precision and usability.

From a paid media standpoint, the intent data and company-level targeting are extremely valuable for B2B campaigns. Being able to layer job function, industry, and recent intent signals allows me to build audiences that feel strategic rather than broad. That’s especially important when I’m working with niche verticals or event-driven campaigns where we need to reach the right decision-makers quickly.

I also appreciate how intuitive the platform is. The UI makes it easy to launch, duplicate, segment, and optimize campaigns without unnecessary friction. When timelines are tight or we’re testing new audience variations, that efficiency really matters.

And lastly, the reporting is clean and flexible. I can quickly pull performance insights, compare segments, and make informed optimization decisions without spending hours exporting and manipulating data.

Overall, it gives me both the control and clarity I need to confidently manage client budgets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

If I’m being candid, there are a couple areas where I think StackAdapt could improve:

1. Audience overlap visibility.

When running multiple intent or company segments, it’s not always easy to see how much overlap exists between audiences. For event-driven campaigns with tight timelines, clearer overlap diagnostics would make planning and budget allocation more efficient.

2. Attribution clarity across platforms.

Like most upper- and mid-funnel platforms, proving downstream impact can be challenging. While the reporting is clean, tying performance directly to CRM pipeline or SQLs sometimes requires additional manual reconciliation.

3. Creative workflow limitations.

Asset management is solid, but when juggling multiple creative variations across campaigns, it can feel slightly less streamlined than platforms built purely around social.

That said, none of these are deal-breakers. The targeting capabilities and flexibility still outweigh the friction points for the types of B2B campaigns I manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Campaign Setup with Exceptional Support"
What do you like best about StackAdapt?

I work for an agency, and we find StackAdapt's product makes setting up campaigns easy. They have an amazing support team, which is great for the rare occasions when we need assistance. I love the bulk editor feature and appreciate how we can effortlessly copy different campaign types into new channels. This capability saves us an immense amount of time during campaign setup. I also like that campaigns generally go live the next day, and it's comforting to know that they are monitoring our campaigns for pacing and performance issues, as we discuss during our review calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

I found the system a little challenging to pick up initially. There are so many different options and offerings that it can feel overwhelming when trying to learn how to set up different products at first. Although it's likely more on me for not utilizing the available trainings, time constraints made it difficult to dedicate to them. Also, there have been rare instances where campaign setups weren't exactly clear on how to setup properly, especially for campaigns we're not accustomed to (unique setups). A notification system for takeovers in advertised products might be helpful, but I realize this may be hard to implement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Interface and Precise Measurement"
What do you like best about StackAdapt?

I find the StackAdapt interface quite intuitive and greatly admire the quality of the targeting. Additionally, I notice that the number of programmatic auctions I can enter with StackAdapt is better than other platforms available in the Brazilian market. The initial setup was easy and the documentation is quite comprehensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

Something that could be improved is the availability of data and data export, especially in the area of reports. I would like to have more customization options and for it to be easier to create an automation routine. These reports could be sent to my email, combining different information beyond daily investment and daily delivery indicators, reach, and frequency. I want to have more data available and for it to be easy to use reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Empowers Awareness Campaigns Effortlessly"
What do you like best about StackAdapt?

I like the amount of tools available to have proof of awareness results and how granular I can get in reporting. The variety of placements and campaign types is great, and I appreciate that I can self-manage the campaigns. Plus, the StackAdapt reps are great too. It makes it easier to show the awareness value to clients and helps in getting clients on board with investing in awareness, which means a better overall marketing strategy performance. The initial setup of StackAdapt was quite easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

The platform has some glitches and sometimes it's hard to find specific data. Navigating on the main dashboard, it happened multiple times that going back and forth from the dashboard to campaign specific details some columns would disappear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
