What do you like best about SquarePeg?

SquarePeg allows us to leverage AI to get through high volumes of resumes, however it allows us to screen in vs screen out by combining strong human-like inferences with detailed, robust, and highly customizable scoring systems that make it feel like an extension of the recruiter vs a bot replacing the recruiter. What do you dislike about SquarePeg?

They are continuing to add more features daily and are also exceptional to work with and fix/add features really fast, however bugs sometimes do occur. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SquarePeg solving and how is that benefiting you?

We receive a high volume of applicants for roles, and we really want to read through all of them. However, with sometimes thousands of applcants and a small team, having this tool has saved us time and energy and has increased our speed to hire. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
