What do you like best about SquarePeg?

We posted a very hard to fill role with Square Peg - we got great candidates (and some not so great candidates) however we did interview several strong candidates and fill the role. It was very easy to post the job and communicate with candidates as we moved through the interview process. Our contact was super helpful and answered all our questions as we went through the process and I can easily see how Square Peg can help companies significantly reduce their hiring costs. What do you dislike about SquarePeg?
