I like how the product has been built, and I think it can fit my business operations into squarebox.ai’s workflow. I also appreciate the customer support team’s patience. What do you dislike about Squarebox?

The way their services are presented on the website doesn’t feel accurate, and the overall website experience could definitely be improved. What problems is Squarebox solving and how is that benefiting you?

Squarebox helps us keep our business communication, app-usage updates, billing, and utility messages to our customers on time and sent only when needed, with great stability. It has also supported our business growth through its automations and AI support. The integrations with our app work well, are straightforward to set up, and are easy to maintain. Their pricing, especially compared to other tools in the market when you need to use all features, feels fair and transparent. The pricing is very clear, without add-ons or hidden limits.
