The set up is simple if you already use square. I love that there is a QR code in addition to the typical barcode on the back of them because you can use that QR code and store the giftcard on your customers account. That way if they forgot the card, you have it in their digital profile. Helps with the customer service aspect immensely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you dont already have user profiles in place with square it can be time consuming loading in the profiles of each customer. There is a cost to purchase each physical card in addition to the processing fees they charge per card transaction, but I cannot say how that cost compares to other companies.
