What do you like best about Square 9 Softworks?

I love how Square 9 Softworks allows me to do away with paper, letting me manage records effectively across various sites by accessing the same waivers, membership forms, and onboarding documents regardless of the location. The single search feature is incredibly valuable, allowing me to find and export documents like member agreements and staff files in moments. I appreciate the folder-level permissions that let us control who views sensitive member records. Going entirely paperless has been significant, and I rely on the system many times each day, along with my colleagues. When we first transitioned to Global Search, it seamlessly became part of our routines, and the support team has been first-rate throughout. What do you dislike about Square 9 Softworks?

When I download a document, it opens as an Enabled file, so I have to click through a second time before I can view it. A minor inconvenience, but one that adds up when repeated often. Beyond resolving the extra click on downloads, I would welcome a more capable mobile view, since being able to pull up a member waiver or staff document cleanly from my phone while away from my desk would make the system even more useful across our locations.
