What do you like best about Spur?

As a small business unable to afford expensive payroll software, I like the fact that the Essential plan is actually FREE. Onboarding is a breeze, our new employees are onboarded using the app on their mobile phones. In addition, payroll runs automatically, and on boarding is a breeze and can be done Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spur?

It seems so far the I-9 process is usually where new employees make mistakes - failing to do it properly. This isn’t Spur’s fault, I simply need to train new employees by providing them with the instruction materials prior to onboarding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Spur solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest benefits among many are:

1- it’s free saving me time and money

2- onboarding via mobile app

3- runs my payroll automatically

4-Awesome customer service, I have an expert assigned. Farhad is doing a phenomenal job at supporting us, he is driven, patient, and customer service oriented. He responds and resolves issues quickly.

5- time tracking anywhere from mobile app, very convenient.
