What do you like best about SPS Commerce Revenue Recovery?

The reporting and workflow tools are especially valuable because they help our team quickly understand why deductions are happening and take action right away. They’ve strengthened our overall revenue recovery process by making it more organized, consistent, and easier to measure. The system also integrates smoothly with our existing processes, which cuts down on manual data entry and reduces the amount of reconciliation we have to do. What do you dislike about SPS Commerce Revenue Recovery?

The biggest area for improvement is the user interface and the flexibility of the reporting. Although the system provides a lot of useful information, it can still take several steps to locate exactly what I need, and some reports would be much easier to use if they were more customizable. It would also help to have greater flexibility when configuring workflows and dashboards for different types of deductions, so it’s simpler to tailor the setup to each scenario.
