What do you like best about SPS Commerce Revenue Recovery?

The ability to see overages and deductions for all of our customers that we've added to SPS Commerce Revenue Recovery and dispute them in one place. I also like and appreciate the bi-weekly help we have received from the SPS Recovery Team. They have really helped us to use the software more efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SPS Commerce Revenue Recovery?

I have to say that there's really nothing I dislike about it. You do have to devote time to using it if you want results. I think adding some training time when first setting it up would have helped. It would have been helpful to know upfront that it does take time to learn the software and use it efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SPS Commerce Revenue Recovery solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prior to joining SPS Recovery Revenue it took us a lot of time to gather the information necessary to dispute shortages and other deductions. Now all of that information comes in to SPS Recovery automatically. SPS Recovery let's us know if the shortage or deduction they are claiming is more than likely valid or not which allows us to decide what items we want to dispute. They provide graphs that show us what areas we are weak or strong in. It has saved us time and money by having everything available in one location. We weren't using the software efficiently at first because we thought it was going to take care of the deductions automatically but it doesn't. We assigned a couple employees the duties of daily monitoring the customers activity within SPS Recovery software and with the help of the SPS Recovery team we are now up and running and seeing great results.
