Since my last review, I've continued to appreciate the platform's reliability and ease of use. It provides excellent visibility into EDI document status, making it easy to track inbound and outbound transactions in real time. The interface is intuitive, customer onboarding has been smooth, and integrations with our ERP and trading partners have remained stable. Overall, my experience has remained very positive. The main areas for improvement would be enhancing system performance during peak hours, providing more customizable reporting and dashboard options, and expanding self-service configuration capabilities. More proactive notifications about platform maintenance or service issues would also be helpful. These are relatively minor enhancements that would make an already strong platform even better.
