What do you like best about SPS Commerce Fulfillment EDI?

My SPS Team, from the account manager to the developers to the SPS chat team have taught me a lot about EDI best practices and are always patient with me. They are very good at following up after a project, as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SPS Commerce Fulfillment EDI?

Sometimes the basic support (chat and support@spscommerce.com) doesn't push me up to the next level up if what I'm asking is beyond first tier support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering SPS Commerce Fulfillment EDI:

Learn all you can about EDI and ask the right questions, and SPS Commerce will make it very easy to use EDI with the Fulfillment Portal and/or Integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SPS Commerce Fulfillment EDI solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have 2 warehouses in 2 parts of the country and needed to somehow sort 11,000 orders coming in from QVC by a list of states.
