It's really easy to setup. We used Intercom and we were able to get it up and running with no integration cost in less than 15 minutes. We also considered Intercom Fin, but they charged $1 per resolution (which was hard for us to measure), while Spryngtime had very clear transparent pricing of $0.4 per ticket. Spryngtime is still an early product, so it did lack some polish in the UI that other products like Fin had. For example, I wish they had a "thinking" animation like Fin when the bot was generating its response. Sometimes, I would have to wait between 10-15s for a response to be generated.
