What do you like best about SPRY?
The EMR is great for documentation and is quick to use. My bigger issues are with claims and the lag time in seeing whether a payment was received and what it was for. I also run into problems with claims being denied and then not getting fixed unless I really stay on top of it, which ends up delaying payments for my business. What do you dislike about SPRY?
RCM and authorization: you really have to stay on top of the claims yourself, even though I’m paying SPRY RCM to help with that. I had claims from January that only just got paid because I went back and noticed they still hadn’t been paid. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
