I love that I never miss a call—whether I’m using the desktop version on my MacBook or the app on my iPhone. No matter where I am, I can access texts, calls, and fax. This has improved my workflow and allows me to quickly at a glance see the calls and messages. As a therapist, this is a must! Pricing is affordable. I dislike that when a call comes to my cellphone it just shows my office number vs the callers number, so there are times it's SPAM I could have avoided but was unable to do so because the caller was unknown. This could also be because I am used to Google and was aware of who was calling. Just adjusting to new interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With regards to phone number displays, calls routed over the cellular network will show your practice number by default, and there are enhanced call screening capabilities if you switch to Spruce mobile softphones and the Spruce app. You can learn more details here:
