What do you like best about Sprout Social?

I like that all of our social media accounts are accessible in one location and that I can schedule posts when they are the most advantageous to our organization. It allows us to maintain a clear social branding and present ourselves in the most professional way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sprout Social?

Obviously, the cost is high for the casual user. If the costs were lower, I would use this as part of my side hustle. But for my large organization, it is a must-have as it allows us to save so much time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sprout Social solving and how is that benefiting you?

Scheduling our social media is imperative because there are so many announcements that come from our office that we try to keep our social media follows up to date on. This allows us to prepare all of them all at once and spread them out accordingly without constantly working in our individual social media accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
