When publishing, I love that it is unique to each platform I am posting to, so I know if an image is a wrong size or if I am posting at the ideal time of day. I also love how clear the reports are when I pull them and how they are ready for me to send to team members without having to reformat anything. The Smart Inbox is excellent because I don't have to log into each platform individually to answer comments and messages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing that I dislike about Sprout is that when I am composing a post, I have to compose it separately if I want the post to look different on each platform. It would be nice to have a separate box on that same compose screen where I can edit the text just for Twitter to shorten it but keep the rest the same. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
