Within my organization, Sprout Social has been vital in driving efficiency in managing our social networks; it gives our work team everything they need to facilitate collaboration when drafting, reviewing, modifying and scheduling posts on different social networks, all through one place. It is a tool with an easy-to-understand and uses the interface, which facilitates the adaptation of users of all levels; even more attractive is the opportunity for additional learning that the product offers without extra charges. It has a wide variety of reporting features. However, it is still limited when it comes to writing customizations. It is simply an exceptional program for managing social networks individually and collectively; it has many functions that have allowed us to work in an organized manner and keep up to date with each of the social networks that are managed within the organization in that way, we have ensured a more fluid interaction with the audience, our followers have increased, and we have successfully expanded the reach of our brand.
