The ability to schedule posts across various platforms and the ability to replicate posts for consistency but know the character limits per platform. The pricing is a bit high so this makes it hard to get new companies to sign up but luckily there is a strong case for the benenfits - I think more attainable pricing would be helpful for new users and to keep users. Also there are a lot of features that I choose not to use - but there are features in a certain tier I need, it would be helpful to maybe choose the features you want / set pricing a la cart rather than the pricing/feature tiers that currently exist. Efficiency to post across multiple platforms, post planning and scheduling in advance, and retention of data analytics / exportable reports on demand at any time you need (versus needing to pull them within a certain time frame from certain platforms).
