We have a small social team so the ability to quickly pull reports that represent a broad data set while remaining consumable to internal stakeholders is the biggest advantage Sprout provides. When I respond to guest comments natively in the various social platforms. The ability to gauge guest sentiment throughout the year, measuring engagement impressions and audience growth over time, and competitor analysis is most helpful.
