The platform is easy to use and took us very little time to get comfortable with. It offers our social team a lot of value, from scheduling our posts to tracking engagement and social listening for campaigns. We also find the reporting on Sprout to be insightful and easy to use. You cannot specify specific hours when pulling reports - the smallest period of time you can use is the last 24 hours. What problems is Sprout Social solving and how is that benefiting you? To have both our social media manager and our social engagement teams working within one central place. Previously we were using two different platforms for this, but with Sprout we are able to have this all in one place which gives us more accurate reporting and data to work with.
