What do you like best about Sprout Social?

very easy plug-in of all social account tracking and manage and analyze all social media accounts in one place, including social media scheduling, social media monitoring, analytics and reporting and collaboration tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sprout Social?

Missing discord. reddit, 4chan, and TG tracking. We need complete tracking of all social platforms. Pricing can be high. Customer support is very limited, very slow to respond Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Tracking social marketing and growth easily and seamlessly, close to real time.

Time management -- manage social media accounts in one place and schedule posts in advance, saving time and streamlining the process.
