What do you like best about Sprout Social?

I enjoy the automated social media scheduling that allows me to easily schedule posts and bulk upload content for automatic publishing across multiple channels. Along with the analytics to track clients' performances and measure the impact of our campaigns. The app makes it easy for teams to collaborate and manage social media efforts in one place. What do you dislike about Sprout Social?
