The publishing calendar is so helpful in mapping out our organic posts. I also like the scheduling insights on what time is best to post. There are a few quirks, as I imagine all platforms have. I find it a little surprising and frustrating that I can't open a post that has already launched within Sprout. Sometimes, I want to be able to view my own post or a post someone else on the team made and it doesn't appear that I can do so without going into the social account directly. Being able to schedule posts is great, especially on the weekends or days we know are going to be busy. The ability to see everything in our inbox is fantastic - to be able to see, monitor, and respond to all comments. If someone posts a negative comment or Google Review, we're able to see it quickly and respond, which would be more challenging to keep up with if we were to monitor each account natively.
