I love using Sprout Social for helping clients schedule their social media posts and also for the use of community management. I used this tool for many features, I loved the analytics measurements they provide for each client and the user-friendly platform. Also, one last thing that I loved Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Sprout Social? While using this tool, I've noticed on the "messages" tab, that for some social media platforms like Instagram, it would not give you the best ability to respond to followers or like/comment, etc. Sprout should implement all of the features that are needed to successfully engage with followers. I'm not sure which plan my company purchased but whenever someone would log on, they would kick me off and the content I was scheduling would not save as a draft or publish, it would just delete what I was working on. I wish that Sprout could find some way to save the content if you are kicked off somehow Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
