What do you like best about Sprout Social?

It used to take me days to schedule all of the social content for the 3 brands I manage, but being able to put it all in one place (and set up recurring posts) has been a huge time-saver for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sprout Social?

I wish there was a way to have people without actual accounts go into the software to review. The stamp of approval is great, but the people who approve my work do not need full access to everything within the software. My workaround has been to put it in extended List format and export a PDF, but even that is kind of clunky. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Sprout Social:

Their initiation process is intense. Like weekly trainings that are an hour long. It's a big deal. Which is fine, but I just didn't feel like I needed that. seemed a little wasteful of time. It's intuitive enough to not need the training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sprout Social solving and how is that benefiting you?

It saves time by not having to drag and drop my social content into each different platform from an excel sheet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
