Using SproutSocial allows us to see all of our platforms in one place. We can post, respond, and organize all of our social media in one place. It's super efficient. The fact that the platform bundles all of it together into one price point helps us financially as well. Because of the efficiency, our numbers have increased and it gives us more to report on and build upon for our stakeholders. Plus, the support that is provided through their online customer support team is quick and easy to use. Whenever we've had an issue, the team is available to help us troubleshoot. Our team also enjoys the many topics that are covered for future benefits or how to use features that SproutSocial has available to their users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some of the things we dislike are:

- Mobile App limitations, on the go community management or approvals can be frustration.

- Draft Management: it lacks simple features like clearly filtering used vs. unused media in the libraries

- Reporting Contraints: Standard templates work fine, but you're limited in creating customized reporting on the dashboards.

- Failed posts: Sometimes you'll schedule a post and it will silently fail, so that you then have to re-post it manually

- Pricing: While the platform bundles things together, it still charges per user, and I think the average system like this, their competition, charges per month. I think they should also charge per month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
