I love how everything is in one place and the UI is very easily manageable. I also had no trouble navigating the platform given the very in depth tutorials provided. I also like how it connects across all platforms that we're using -- makes uploads easy. The changes we make across scheduled posts also update quickly for all accounts which is great because we're a remote team. The ALT text generation AI option for photo posts has been really helpful with our engagement. As for pricing, it is more on the higher end but given the features, I think it's fair. I don't like how it logs me out intermittently because this makes last-minute changes or emergency edits much more stressful than it already is. There are also times that our posts get approved without a clear approval line provided in the activity section of the posts -- we get in trouble for this bug.
