What do you like best about Sprout Social?

What I like best about Sprout Social is how easy it makes it to manage social media across multiple platforms in one place. The reporting and analytics tools are especially helpful for tracking performance, understanding audience engagement, and identifying opportunities to improve our social media strategy. The team has also been extremely supportive throughout the onboarding process, and integrating our social media platforms into the tool has been a smooth and easy experience. What do you dislike about Sprout Social?

One area that could be improved is that some features take time to learn and fully understand during onboarding. It would be helpful to have more guidance on the advanced features, along with clearer direction on how to get the most out of the platform’s reporting and analytics tools.
