What do you like best about Sprout Social?

What I appreciate most about Sprout Social is its user-friendly design. It allows me to manage all our messages from Instagram & FB in a single location thanks to the ease of integration, making it easy to spot when someone sends a table request and respond promptly. This not only saves time but also streamlines communication with our customers, making it really easy to implement all our processes. Also great for scheduling posts, specially for nights when club is going to be busy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sprout Social?

While I LOVE the web browser/website version, I feel the app itself could be slightly more user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sprout Social solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sprout Social helps solve the problem of keeping up with all our messages from different social media accounts. Instead of checking each one separately, everything comes into one inbox.
