I find Sprockets to be a good tool for looking at applicants hired for our business. It helps us understand who ranks higher and who has submitted resumes. The ratings part of the applicants is really handy as it shows a good high possibility, which we use for selecting those in our pool to interview or review resumes. I also like that we receive notifications once an applicant puts through the application. Additionally, the setup process was real simple, and the team was readily available to help if needed.
