What do you like best about Sprinklr Social?

Without a doubt, I like the broad functionality of the program. Sprinklr has everything in a package that works for us as a brand, and they can tailor their platform to your needs. I enjoy their social listening capabilities the most, as that module really helps to inform our brand to make the right decisions on social and more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social?
